Make sure your face is cleansed and dry before using this toner.
Apply the toner to a cotton pad.
Gently wipe the cotton pad across the face.
Pat the skin until the toner has been absorbed.
If you want to focus on exfoliating dead skin only, apply the cotton pads soaked in toner on problem areas and leave them on for 3 minutes.
